In 2017, the first socially responsible restaurant Café Joyeux was born with the purpose of training and employing people with cognitive disabilities such as Down syndrome or autism.

Their ambition: to make disability visible and promote encounters, by offering work, in an ordinary environment, to people normally excluded from employment. Their “joyful organization” intends to build a profitable model and transform difference into a strength.
