Event Booking

How to submit a booking request? #

  1. Click on the ‘Events’ tab at the top panel of the website.
  2. Users will be able to view the various events happening in the current month as well as future upcoming events in the following month. 
  3. Users can click on an event to view more details about it.
  4. After deciding to participate in an event, users are required to fill up a booking form for the event. (Users are to ensure that their contact information is accurate and to type in the ‘Comment’ field if applicable.)
  5. Click on ‘Send your booking’ after completing the form.
  6. After booking for an event, click on the dropdown ‘My Events’ under the ‘Events’ tab at the top panel of the website.
  7. The event that the users booked for will appear under the ‘Events I’m Attending’ tab under the ‘Events’ page.
  8. The status of the event booking will be ‘Pending’ while awaiting approval.

Take Notice #

  • Upon approval of a booking request, users will be able to view the status change of the event to ‘Approved’ under the ‘Events I’m Attending’ tab which is located under the ‘Events’ page of the users’ account. 
  • Users will also receive a booking confirmation email for the event upon approval.
